Cracked washer hose on my Acura

The hose from the fender to the hood is badly cracked and I found the part (76814-TZ5-A11), but I'm unsure about the install. If it just needs the inner fender removed, I'm game. If the fender's involved....uhm maybe not. Thoughts?

I had the same problem with my '16 MDX. The dealer wanted over $400 for a $15 part because it's hidden behind the wheel and fender. I found the leak, cut it clean, used some vinyl tubing to fix it, and zip-tied it all back together,problem solved. Hopefully, this helps someone out save their $400

A concern is that removing the inner fender might sound simple, but sometimes it involves more steps or fragile parts, do you have a repair manual or videos to guide you?
