To paint or to wrap a car?

What's the better option here?

I'm thinking cost-wise and durability-wise.

And please tell me your go-to place to wrap/paint here in Chicago.

Wrap is generally cheaper for a color change but a good paint job can last 10+ years. sometimes even 15-20 years with proper care.

it all depends on what you need, really. if you like to change colors in 5 to 7 years, then go for a car wrap. if you wish to keep the color, go for a paint job.

Are you planning to keep the car long-term, or is this more of a temporary change?

I've always favoried wrap because after a few years you can change the color and will still cost less than a repaint job. Just make sure to take it a good shop to make it look good, and not like kids were playing with wrapping paper.
