Curious, do you run your MDX on regular or premium fuel? I've read both are fine, but some say premium is better. Anyone actually notice a difference in how it drives or feels? Thanks!
For me I use regular and it drives just fine, no knocking or weird behavior. There was this phase I tried premium & it didn't really feel a big difference so I was just like... what a waste? It was maybe a tiny bit smoother but not enough to justify the extra cost.

I've been running my 2020 Acura MDX Advance on premium (91-93 octane) since I got it, as i was told Acura recommends it. I haven't done any scientific tests, but for me, the peace of mind and perceived better performance are worth the extra cost. Many people say regular is fine with no issues, though, as the car's computer can adjust. I think ultimately it comes down to personal preference and whether you notice a difference yourself.
