Lost the only key fob on my 2020 Acura MDX

I have a 2020 Acura MDX and I'm in a tough spot after losing my only key fob. I was visiting my parents yesterday and I think it might've fell out of my pocket anywhere between their house and the park. I don't have a spare so my car is still parked at my parents'. It's a push-to-start, so I know this isn't a simple replacement. The dealership is telling me I have to tow the car to them and the whole thing is going to cost over $400. That seems crazy to me, and I'm hoping it's not the only solution. Is there any other way to handle this? Are there locksmiths that can do this without the tow? Thanks for any help!
